For using years, I’ve been a customer from this location and I always feel uncomfortable. They follow you around they make you feel like a thief even if you’ve been a customer for a long time and I feel I’m not gonna spend my money in no place I don’t appreciate me and that don’t give me good customer service so I recommend that you go to the other one on Myrtle Avenue near Myrtle and Wyckoff do not go to this one. The owner herself is very nasty and doesn’t give you good Customer Service if you can’t show me a sample how you expect me to purchase something that I can’t see or try my recommendation is to not go here don’t spend your money

They sell expired hair color products. Toner also doesn’t turn purple like usual to oxidize when it is interacting with bleached hair. The crème clairol color is also old and didn’t wash out of hair like normal leaving a conditioner sticky residue after washing twice. Buyer beware of expired or improperly stored/spoiled products. They also have a Zero return policy, so pointless to go and try to get your money back.

Was a good shop years ago when the Chinese owned it. The new owner has no sense of customer service so I won't be going back. There's plenty other stores.
